Vitalik-inspired AI payment system can send expired deposits to its treasury

- zkAPI, the Vitalik-backed AI billing system, finally went mainnet. It lets you withdraw unused funds from an API server without its permission—provided you have the right spending state and survive a 24-hour challenge period. If you try to double-dip with an expired note, the treasury gets the difference. Conveniently, the vault owner can pause all exits, so if the server crashes, your "freedom" is held hostage by bureaucracy. It’s privacy-preserving, sure, but mostly it just proves that even decentralized systems need someone to watch the pause button. Don’t lose your private keys, or you’re just funding the treasury for free.
