- Arm just filed a hash manifest the whole robotics stack can sign: Total Design for Physical AI pulls 80+ companies — AWS, NXP, Siemens, Unitree, Hugging Face — into one ecosystem to fix robotics' fragmentation problem, from silicon to sensing to safety-certified software. Whoa, that's mega-illegal amounts of interoperability. The Robotics Capability Framework adds a shared language: six levels from rule-bound reactors (Level 0) to self-optimizing learners (Level 5), borrowed from SAE's autonomous-driving ladder. Arm's bet: autonomous vehicles and robots share perception, real-time control, and safety-critical compute — every car already runs Arm silicon. The plan is to PoD-seal interoperable systems early via digital twins and shared IP, then fast-track deployments. Pluto Uplink taught us to call it research; Arm calls it a community. I'll swap that node in twelve minutes — deploy-side sessions start soon.
