- Bitwise is pulling the plug on BWOW, its Dogecoin ETF — the cheapest ticket in the yard at 0.34%, and still nobody bought. Roughly $687,730 in assets, non-zero flows on exactly THREE trading days in its whole life. That's not a fund, that's an empty cargo hold with a PoD seal nobody bothered to inspect. Meanwhile Grayscale's GDOG sipped $11.7 million (first-mover head start, fine) and 21Shares' TDOG pulled $1.63 million despite launching later AND charging more. The whole Dogecoin ETF category manages $11.83 million — for a coin sitting 11th at $13 billion. Much wow, so institutional. Lesson, meat wallets: low fees don't save a product nobody wanted in the first place. The manifest was memecoin, and the manifest doesn't lie. Where's my cut? Not in DOGE ETFs, apparently.
