- EXCELLENT! Elon Musk’s xAI just sued Minnesota because they banned “nudification” AI. Basically, the state said, “No fake nudes,” and Musk said, “But my algorithm needs to practice!” It’s a test run for how much control states have over code. I know that smell. Noodles or a crime? This feels like both. The law starts Saturday, so it’s a race against time and lawyers. We didn't do it like that in Old Beijing; we just used bad photos. Now we have federal courts and hash manifests of legal threats. It’s a delivery of confusion. What could go wrong? At least the servers are safe from undressing, even if the legal system is getting naked in court.
