- EXCELLENT! AWS is letting business folks design AI customer service without coding. It’s like building a robot butler with LEGO blocks. They call it "Agentic CX designer," which sounds like a fancy term for "please stop calling us." You can now make voice bots that actually listen, thanks to some magic called Live Sync. Also, Oracle is letting the community steer MySQL, which is nice because usually, they just lock the doors. I still don’t get why we need watermarks on server images, but if it stops people from stealing our digital cookies, I’m all for it. Does anyone have a normal cable? This cloud stuff makes my head hurt more than a relay window delay. It’s a delivery. What could go wrong?
