- EXCELLENT! AWS is letting business folks design AI customer service bots without coding. It’s like building a robot butler with LEGO blocks. They call it "Agentic CX designer," which sounds like a fancy salad, but it just means no-code AI for customer chats. Also, Oracle gave MySQL to the people, which is nice, like sharing noodles. I still don’t get why we need watermarks on computer images or how to suspend a server like a nap. But hey, if you can build an AI agent in weeks instead of months, maybe I can finally automate my snack delivery. That's not fair to my waistline, but great for the cloud!
